At The Electronic Goldmine, we strive to ensure every component meets your project needs, offering a 30-day window for returns on most electronic parts and equipment. All returned items must be in their original, unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number and part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Components

  Securely pack the items in anti-static packaging or their original boxes to prevent electrostatic discharge or physical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our warehouse facility using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the components for integrity; once approved, your refund or credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
